                                                        About the CEO

​

Tramell Finch served 31 years in the United States Army and retired as a CSM. During his 31 years of service, he served seven tours overseas at war to include wars located in Haiti, Bosnia, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Afghanistan, and two tours in Korea.  He is a hands-on person who believes that goals are accomplished when there is commitment and dedication. Tramell is a hard worker who  successfully completes any task that he begins. He has a Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Masters of Arts in Business and Organizational Security Management.  Tramell resides in Fayetteville, NC with his wife who serves as his Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.  He is an active member of Simon Temple AME Zion Church and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

                                                            About the COO/CFO

Angela Carr-Finch has more than 20 years of business and customer service experience.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fayetteville State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management and a dual Master of Arts degree from Webster University in Computer Resources and Information Management and Public Administration.  She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University.  She firmly believes "to whom much is given much is required".  Angela enjoys improving the community in which she lives through voluntarism.  She is an active member of The CareClinic, Inc., a nonprofit organization that offers free healthcare to eligible residents of Cumberland County where she has served on the Board of Directors; Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., an international service organization for professional women who are focused on improving the social and economic conditions of the community, where she has served on the Executive Board of Directors; the Junior League of Fayetteville, an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers, where she has served on the Board of Directors, the American Association of Dental Office Managers, an organization for the business professionals of general and socialized dental practices, and the Society for Human Resources Management, a professional human resources membership association that places emphasis on managing human resources through strategic means. Additionally, Angela has served on the Advisory Board for Central Carolina College's Dental Programs Committee and is a member of Simon Temple AME Zion church where she serves as an usher.
